Cancellation Policy
Please note: Cash refunds for unused lessons cannot be given except in exceptional circumstances. Credits will remain in your account for later use (for up to 12 months from the date of purchase).
However, life is often busy and full of surprises, so sometimes you may need to change your lesson times.
- If you need to cancel a lesson for any reason more than 12 hours in advance, you can do it easily yourself through TimelyBooking. (You will automatically get the Timely credit back for this lesson and can re-book for another time).
- If you need to cancel a lesson for good reason within 12 hours of the lesson time, you will need to contact me by email or Skype message.
- Please show up for your class – if you don’t, I’m afraid you will lose that lesson credit (because I will have used my time to prepare a lesson for you. I will also wait for you online for a limited time – ie. 20 minutes for a 60 minute booking / 10 minutes for a 30 minute booking).
- In the unlikely event that I need to cancel, I will give you notice. Your Timely credit will be returned and we can reschedule that lesson for another time.
Time is precious.
I will always try to be fair and reasonable and I ask the same from you.
